Allergies and special diets 

  • We will endeavour to provide suitable adaptions to any menu for guests with special dietary requirements and allergies. 

  • We must be advised in advance and no less than 10 days prior to a booking. 

  • As a catering kitchen traces of allergens may be found on the premises and therefore we cannot guarantee we are completely free from allergens. 

  • We will however take all reasonable steps to ensure food is separated and labelled appropriately in line with our allergen procedure and policy.
