Terms and Conditions
Booking
All bookings must be confirmed by completing and returning the booking form (website form) once completed this is deemed as secured.
Please note regarding catering the bookings are subject to a minimum number of guests.
Final numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event, non attendance by guests after this date will be charged.
Payment
Invoices should be settled in line with payment terms on invoice and usually within 28 days of invoice.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be received in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the event. In the unfortunate event of a booking having to be cancelled within 48 hours, the following charges apply: 50% of the room hire cost and 50% of food cost.
Allergies and special diets
We will endeavour to provide suitable adaptions to any menu for guests with special dietary requirements and allergies.
We must be advised in advance and no less than 10 days prior to a booking.
As a catering kitchen traces of allergens may be found on the premises and therefore we cannot guarantee we are completely free from allergens.
We will however take all reasonable steps to ensure food is separated and labelled appropriately in line with our allergen procedure and policy.
Health & Safety
All visitors and employees are responsible for their own health and safety.
Fire and safety regulations are in place and the organiser is responsible for ensuring this is well communicated and they are aware of fire exits.
Damage
The organiser shall be responsible for any damage caused to company equipment or property.
Any property or equipment is left at owners risk.
